
Mrs. Bullock | CEO & Founder

Mrs. Bullock has over 40 years of experience in the Hospitality and Private Service Industries. Most notably, she served as the Director of Housekeeping for nearly 20 years at the historic and famous Brown Palace Hotel and Spa in Denver, Colorado. From there, Mrs. Bullock joined Starkey International as the Director of Education.

Hailing many years of exemplary quality, customer service, management and leadership, she now has a passion to teach and train, which led her to open her own business, BEST, which focuses on consulting and training in the Private Service Industry.

Her service philosophy is driven by passion and is executed through high quality, hands-on training which has elevated the structure and support in private homes. Her experience in household management and staff training equips her with the ability to assess how employees need to be trained. She teaches the household staff how to enhance their skills to support families that desire a higher quality of life, through their staff support.

Her leadership within the service industry is an extension of her personal values, which are honesty, integrity, quality of excellence and a strong work ethic. She currently travels around the world training staff and setting up private homes for high net worth families. Mrs. Bullock herself is a Certified Household Manager.

She is excited about the opportunity to leverage her experience to bring a “BEST in class” household management experience to private homes. Her specialties are housekeeping, administration, clothing & valet and Entertainment; all of which are fundamental aspects to the profession of household management.
