The “Household Manager” will be trained on administration and human resource templates and procedures to create management efficiency as a manager.  Key aspects of the training will focus on:

​

  • Managing vendors and employees by establishing proper human resource systems within the estate or place of work

  • Creation of the administrative element of the household service plan

  • Creation of job descriptions and daily schedules for household staff

  • Creation of an employee handbook

  • Creation and implementation of progressive discipline and dismissal procedures

 

 

Course Duration:  3-5 Days
