The “Household Manager” will be trained on administration and human resource templates and procedures to create management efficiency as a manager. Key aspects of the training will focus on:

Managing vendors and employees by establishing proper human resource systems within the estate or place of work

Creation of the administrative element of the household service plan

Creation of job descriptions and daily schedules for household staff

Creation of an employee handbook

Creation and implementation of progressive discipline and dismissal procedures
