
Dale Eiden | Director of Culinary Services
Chef Dale Eiden has over thirty years in Hospitality Service and is a Certified Household Manager. Mr. Eiden is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. He owned and operated the well-known Greenbriar Restaurant in Boulder, Colorado for fifteen years.

Chef Eiden has a diverse and wide range of experience in the culinary industry. He was a culinary instructor in the professional program for the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts in Denver. He worked at Starkey International to raise the standards of providing families with culinary structure, to include incorporation of flavor profiles and nutritional needs for members in private homes. He has also worked for several high net worth families as their private chef. He has been instrumental in teaching Private Culinary Service for those looking for a career in this field and has even created and taught a culinary program for in-flight service for the United States Air Force. Chef Eiden combines his expertise in the culinary field with a practical and thoughtful approach.
Mr. Eiden was born and raised in Illinois, and enjoys gardening, reading and hiking.
